All parts we sell come with a 90 day warranty unless otherwise stated. The 90 day period starts when you purchase the part. No labor warranty is provided.

In the event a part sold with a warranty fails to operate within the warranty period we will replace the part(s) with a functionally equivalent part or refund the part purchase price, at our option. No refund on deposits or unwanted special order parts or special "cut" items. All engine, transmission, transfer case, axle, differential, computer or electrical components require certified diagnosis and proof of any required maintenance or programming prior to installation from a certified shop or dealership in order to begin a claim.

To request the return of an item you must contact us within a 30 day period to obtain a RMA number (return material authorization).

Original shipping charges and return shipping charges are not refunded on orders not needed or ordered incorrectly.

• UPS,FedEx,USPS observes the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Eve. Please take into account these holidays when estimating order arrival.

Inclement Weather Advisory

Deliveries may occasionally be delayed due to inclement weather. Please check directly with the delivery carrier (UPS,FedEx,USPS) for your order if your package has been delayed. Cornells auto parts  is not responsible for unexpected delays caused by inclement weather or delivery carrier service interruptions.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are determined based on shipping service, destination address, and weight of your order. Your actual shipping charges will be shown during checkout and will be updated if you change your shipping service, destination address, or cart contents.

Order Cutoff Times

Orders placed by 1pm Arizona Time are generally shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 1pm Arizona Time and orders placed on weekends and holidays will be shipped the following business day. For example, an order placed on a Friday after 1pm will be shipped the following Monday.

Changing Shipping Destination

Unfortunately, you cannot change your shipping destination once have submitted an order.
